R.D Academy, SAHARANPUR" is an autonomous and Independent Board/ Organization run by Mata Bala Sundi Educational Welfare Society, SAHARANPUR which is constituted and established vide Registration Act, 2012 with Registrar of Society. According to the letter dated 02-05-2016 vide Ref. No. F.No.2-7/2016-Sch.3 and letter dated 25-10-2012 vide Ref. No. F.No.1-12/2012-Sch.3 (Part-I) from the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India,R.D Academy, SAHARANPUR doesnot required any recognition or membership of Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India.
Sh. M.K.Arora Deputy Secretary (COORD) of the CBSE New Delhi on Dated 3/01/2012 vide Ref. No. COORD/RTI/5157/2011/23-24 and Sh. Tarun Kumar (CPIO) of the CBSE on dated 05-05-2016 vide Online Reg. No. CBSED/R/2016/01053 provided the information that A Society Registered under Society registration Act XXI, 1860 is eligible to issue certificates to the qualified candidates if the organization is registered for the Purpose of conducting Examinations and issuing certificates.
R.D Academy, SAHARANPUR is Govt. Recognised and running under Indian Education Act (under constitution of India and Law of the land under Article 19(1)g, 29 & 30.)
Under Human Rights Protection Act ,1993 autonomous bodies have been given special protection & consideration.( For further details refer: AIR 1993 SC-2178). The board/council trustees/members has the constitutional right under article 19 (1) (g) to pursue any profession or any occupation and running teaching institutes have been included as part of occupation as held by Hon'ble Supreme Court in T.M.A. Pai foundation vs. State of Karnataka (SC) 2003 (2) SCT 385.
According to Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India Notification no: P 26/4/52 CC Dated: 20/09/1952 issued in consultation with Union Public Service commission, that in case of Degree/ Diploma awarded by Board/ University/ Council/ Society in India which are in corporate by one Act of Central or part & State Legislature in India. No formal orders. Recognitions automatically for the purpose of employment provided by Sh. Harish Chandra (Under Secretary Government of India).

Teaching involves a group of instructors working purposefully, regularly, and cooperatively to help a group of students of any age learn. Teachers together set goals for a course, design a syllabus, prepare individual lesson plans, teach students, and evaluate the results.
